ITV’s Cheat is a tense 4-part psychological thriller starring Katherine Kelly and Molly Windsor. At the heart of the drama is the dangerous relationship between university professor Leah, and her student Rose, when, what begins as a seemingly open and shut case of academic deception, quickly spirals out of control, ending in fatal consequences, and triggering a devastating sequence of events that threaten to engulf them both. Sussex Film Office worked alongside Two Brothers Pictures in June 2018 to arrange for filming at Worthing Pier, organised permits for the use of a drone, and sorted out a base unit at Brooklands, suspending parking bays opposite Grafton Street car park, and securing 20 parking spaces at Union Place car park for their trucks, trailers and cars.
