I am 24 years old from the United Kingdom and I have recently graduated with a First Class BSc Honours in Psychology from King’s College London. I also studied abroad at the University of Santa Barbara last year and completed a Directing course, taught by the wonderful Allison Anders, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am currently looking for entry-level, on-set roles into either Film and/or TV, both scripted and unscripted. For example: Runner, Production PA, Production Assistant, 3rd AD, assistant 3rd/2nd/3rd AD. 

Over the last few years, my interest in working in the Film Industry has been ignited by various memorable experiences such as being a Supporting Artist on Netflix’s ‘YOU’ starring Penn Badgley, on various adverts, being a Runner on various of my best friend’s (Bella Glanville) short films and then I produced my first short film in London last weekend.

I also recently made it through to the last round of a Development Trainee role at ITV Studios London. This role has over 3000 applicants and to my own surprise, I made it through to the last 5 candidates, but unfortunately didn’t get the final position. For the final interview stage, I had to prepare a pitch for an unscripted show (I am happy to share and pitch if you are interested). After receiving news that I did not get the role, I had a careers meeting with Tracey Walker, the Senior Talent Manager at ITV and she thoroughly recommended I get as much experience as possible in both scripted and unscripted TV to see which area I want to focus and grow in, which is exactly why I am seeking to get as much experience as possible. 

Finally, to further demonstrate my enthusiasm for the industry, when I was 12 years old, I absolutely adored a show called Wild at Heart on ITV. When I heard news that they were stopping the series, I genuinely believed that if I wrote next season’s plot/script, they would have no reason to stop the show. I therefore set out and produced a plot and draft script and managed to send it to the producer of the show. She kindly got back to me and offered me a place for work experience at Company Pictures once I was 18 (I have email evidence to prove this, please contact me to view).
