I graduated from Falmouth University in 2022 with a degree in Television and have been working freelance since then. I have always had a passion for working with cameras, teaching myself photography during college and finding every opportunity I could to be out shooting. I quickly developed an eye for composition and a love for capturing landscapes. This passion for image capturing quickly lead me to start shooting videos. Whether it be videos of my friends and I out on a photo shoot or videos of trips, I very quickly got the itch for filmmaking. Both videography and photography leant into my editing ability as I was learning new techniques and workflows to better understand how to achieve what I set out to. I took all of this interest and passion through to university. After graduating, I quickly found a freelance position as a Production Assistant at a video-marketing company. My time here was spent working across all aspects of a project: from production planning and equipment prep, to camera assisting on location, through to footage ingest and editing duties. I learnt a lot during my time here but felt I was ready to move on to bigger shoots. Since then I have had a number of independent projects, self-lead as a videographer. These include branded content and web-content for local businesses. I have also worked on a commercial as a trainee under Diana Oliforova which was an incredible few days! It was a pleasure to meet her and her team and learn the ropes as a trainee on a larger production.

I have a strong technical understanding great problem solving skills. More importantly, I have a burning passion for filmmaking and production. I want to continue to develop my knowledge and progress towards becoming an operator myself.
