Get In The Van

Acclaimed Content approached us in September 2022 as they wanted to film in Brighton for a Channel 4 Digital Youth Series called “Get In The Van”. It’s a fun challenge series which takes two young celebs on a road trip across the UK in two separate vans driven by professional and experienced drivers. The celebs narrate the journey from inside the vans using GoPros in a James Corden Carpool Karaoke style, and they get to meet the locals on the town streets and try to convince them to join them in the van for a time challenge, eg find the tallest person in Brighton. The show celebrates diversity across the country in all its forms in a quirky and fun way for young audiences. 

Sussex Film Office stepped in to ensure permits were in place for filming on the lively streets of Brighton, as well as sourcing a private warehouse location for them to use. Why choose Brighton? They wanted to “capture the exciting and vibrant life of one of the UK’s most loved destinations.”
