Barns and Woodland

Lovely field edged with woodland on 3 sides and lots of amazing clearings in the woods. The site also has barns and workshops. A brand new feature is an underground lair set, with soil walls and hanging roots, which was built specifically for film purposes and which can be adjusted as required. There is also a graveyard set with up to 6 graves. The site has plenty of parking and a room which can be used for time out, make-up and refreshments. Forestry clearance and replanting is in full flow in the woodland, with pockets of beautiful trees, wide road access and ponds. There are greenhouses and a beautiful cutting garden in the summer, both of which have been favourites to use in recent shoots. A new working trebuchet, built from a combination of timber sourced from our woodland, will be available for hire by the end of June 2024 for use either at this location or it can be transported anywhere in the country. There is also a green room space which has a toilet, sinks and space for changing and make-up. They now have machinery available for hire including a 1.5 tonne and 5 tonne digger, dumper truck, road roller, chipper, telehandler, cherry picker – all of these available with driver – sawmills, quad bike, and people mover.

Coming soon October 2024: the site’s owners will be commencing groundworks to create a large pond. If you’re looking for a location where you can re-create an explosion, leaving a crater, the site will be perfect for that. The site for the hole is around 40 feet across and within scrub land, surrounded by woodland, in a large brush, grassy clearing.
