This beachfront 19th century, Grade II listed Regency building is located in a popular seaside town and has lovely grounds open to the public. Within the grounds are beach sand courts used for volleyball, table tennis tables, and a playground area with sand, swings, a roundabout and a themed play ship. This beachside open space makes a great filming location, with the grounds, the house and the sea views all acting as perfect backdrops.
