With over 367 acres of dense woodland the outskirts of Crawley, Tilgate Forest is a fantastic location for filming and photography with sunken ‘trenches’, stream, bridge, private tracks and roads, and electricity pylons. It is situated underneath a flight path, and is also next to the M23, with a pedestrian bridge crossing over to another smaller area of woodland.
