This pumping station originally provided water to Brighton and Hove from 1866 until 1975. Now an engineering and steam power collection with operational boilers and engines housed in high Victorian Gothic buildings with modern additions providing set build spaces. There is also an operational workshop, pond, grass lawn with glade of trees and engineers house providing production offices. The site is self-contained with onsite security.
