Operational ‘post’ mill with four ‘sweeps’, white timber clad on black brick ’roundhouse’ dating from the early 1700s. The Mill is authentically restored to original working condition, regularly milling flour. This mill also features the once common but now rarely restored modification allowing it to be powered by a steam engine giving an additional filming option when re creating period scenes.
