Originally a quarry in the late 1800s, this site became a lake by the mid 1950s and is a protected beauty spot in a secluded countryside setting. It is owned by a sailing club which runs watersports training sessions and excursions. The site has facilities including toilets and showers, changing rooms, kitchen and BBQ facilities, outdoor seating / picnic area and parking. An ideal location for waterside filming and photography.
