National Lottery – A Christmas Love Story

Sussex Film Office was approached by Smuggler London Ltd for the Christmas 2022 National Lottery TV advert. The location that caught their eye was the colourful Blaker Street in Brighton. We organised the permit for them to film there on 18/10/2022. Filming started at 1pm with the female star of the advert walking up the street and then the crew returned later in the evening to film her arriving back at her family home. With a crew of 8 and standard equipment used, filming went ahead foillowing residents on the street being notified of the production company’s schedule. The result was great – for some goosbump-raising, and dreams of winning the lottery at a magical time of year (just imagine!), check out the advert here!
