Snatched Dead or Alive?
ITN Productions launched their trilogy of films, Snatched, on 5th December on Paramount+. The trilogy examines some of the most chilling kidnapping cases in recent history, weaving together mystery, tragedy, and intrigue. Each episode explores a harrowing case, shedding light on the victims’ lives, the relentless search for answers, and the psychological toll on families. Snatched tells three distinct stories: The Lost Boy details the disappearance of Johnny Gosch, a paperboy in Iowa who vanished in 1982 and has never been found. The Lost Girls examines how three young women, Vicky Hamilton, Dinah McNicol, and Angelika Kluk became victims of notorious serial killer, Peter Tobin. And Dead or Alive? retraces the steps of ten-year-old schoolgirls Charlene Lunnon and Lisa Hoodless, who disappeared on their way to school in 1999. Through gripping interviews, dramatic reenactments, and compelling archive, Snatched takes viewers on an emotional journey, revealing the humanity and heartbreak behind each case.
We got involved in some of the filming for Dead or Alive? We were contacted by Abi Cook, Junior Production Coordinator at ITN, who was looking for a private location for some of the filming for this segment of the trilogy. After poring over some of the suggested properties, she and her team decided upon a private residential location in the seaside town of Hastings.
