Should advanced care be required, patients are safely transferred to hospital or trauma centres under blue-light conditions. All staff undergo regular training, hold enhanced DBS certification, and operate in line with national safety standards, including The Purple Guide and The Green Guide.

Before filming begins, Elite Medical’s Clinical Leadership Team conducts a detailed site assessment and develops a bespoke Major Incident Response Plan, which includes:

• Strategic Medical Zones, including Casualty Collection Points and Rendezvous Points
• Confidential Protocols, shared only with essential production and safety stakeholders
